By using our application, 1pana, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
1pana provides automated and expert-supervised accounting services based on the documents you upload. We strive for accuracy, but we are not liable for any errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or 1pana cancels it.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
