By creating an account or accessing the 1pana platform you enter into a legally binding contract with 1pana Accounting. This agreement governs your use of our managed accounting console and professional services.
Use of this service is restricted to legally registered business entities and self employed professionals operating within Nepal. You must provide accurate and verifiable information during the registration process to maintain access.
1pana provides a managed experience where professional accountants supervise the record keeping process. While we utilize cloud automation for efficiency, the final output involves human review to ensure compliance with Nepali standards.
You are responsible for the authenticity and legibility of all source documents uploaded to the platform. 1pana is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect, illegible, or fraudulent information provided by the client.
To ensure real time financial visibility you are encouraged to upload documents within 48 hours of their issuance. Delayed submissions may lead to delayed reporting and potential compliance risks with tax authorities.
Your subscription fee is calculated based on your monthly turnover as defined in our official pricing schedule. We reserve the right to review and adjust tiers based on actual business activity recorded in the engine.
Subscription invoices are issued monthly and must be settled within 7 days to ensure uninterrupted service. All fees are exclusive of applicable government taxes unless specified otherwise in the invoice.
Access to the dashboard will be restricted if subscription dues are outstanding for more than 15 days. Your financial data will be preserved but reports will not be accessible until the balance is cleared.
1pana shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding three months.
The 1pana engine, the zero code architecture, and all related brand assets are the exclusive property of 1pana Accounting. You are granted a limited license for internal business use only.
Both parties agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all trade secrets and financial data shared during the course of the service. We implement high fidelity security to protect your records.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be settled through professional arbitration in Lalitpur, Nepal.
